Acceptance of Terms
By using the Hellenic Banquet Center Media Uploader ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended exclusively for authorized Hellenic Banquet Center employees. Use by any other person is not permitted.
Authorized Use
You may use the App only to:
- Upload event-related photos and videos on behalf of Hellenic Banquet Center
- Organize media files by event name and type as part of your job duties
You must sign in with a Google account that has been authorized by a Hellenic Banquet Center administrator.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or unrelated to Hellenic Banquet Center events
- Upload files containing personal information about guests without proper authorization
- Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to use the App
- Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt any systems or data beyond the intended upload functionality
- Use the App for any personal or commercial purpose outside your employment duties
Content Ownership
All media uploaded through the App becomes part of Hellenic Banquet Center's records. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Hellenic Banquet Center retains all rights to manage, share, or remove uploaded content at its discretion.
Google Account & Data
Signing in with Google is required to use the App. Your use of Google's services is governed by Google's Terms of Service. The App only requests the minimum permissions needed: your profile name and email for display, and the ability to upload files to a designated Drive folder.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" for internal use. Hellenic Banquet Center makes no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify that important files have uploaded successfully.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
